wings like eagles.β (Isaiah 40:31)
In every season of change, agility, the ability to adapt and act with purpose ; is a gift that allows
us to rise higher. Yet agility is not all the same. There is constructive agility, which brings
wisdom, discipline, and clear direction. It builds trust, strengthens unity, and leads to excellence.
There is reactive agility, which responds quickly in emergencies. It can be helpful, but without
vision it risks confusion. And there is destructive agility, which is driven by anger, defiance, or
